We always want you to be happy! If we can do better with your experience at Msilkee for any reason, please contact us.

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded
• Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
• If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
• Please allow 7-15 days after delivery for your refund to be processed
